careful for what u wish for.

i disagree with nearly everything said on this SI Oklahoma site for 6 weeks about rattler. it was the prevent and the OL. If the OL can't gash the 3 man front, a 4,75,185, QB, has no where to go. its different for a 4.57, 220, QB. williams would stay ahead of the chains, eternally. and that's the rub for Sooner opponents subsequently. they have to prepare two defenses instead of one. obviously they can adjust to who LR has in, but not as fast. that said, i look for rattler to start as of now. benching him might not look that cool to ELITE 11's in the future.

I agree billperrin. I think it would be classless and not in Riley’s DNA to bench Rattler after all the positives he HAS done for the team. Y’all hear me out there?! Give the kid the benefit of the doubt and EXPECT him to rebound similar to the RRR from last year. C’mon Spencer…pull your own intestinal fortitude and prove all your doubters wrong. I’m pulling for you!
