I have been season ticket holder since the second year of Cole's tenure and with all the problems last year and poor performance from half the team, I am totally surprised by the progress of the team. They are playing fast, free and shooting lights out so far this season. Turnovers have not improved, and they still miss a bunch of layups and put backs that most teams make, but overall great improvement. Sad that the best player on the team is out for the season, it takes away an inside and outside shooter because we have no post player who can threaten the D and loosen the guarding of the 3 point shooters we do have. If this team had a D-1 post player who could score consistently, they would be a major threat. So here is hoping they can finish higher that 50/50 overall and show some really good players that OU can be a home for them.
